CANCELLATION POLICY

Last minute cancellations will be charged 60% of the treatment to compensate the therapist for their time. 

Unpaid invoices for late cancellations must be paid prior to your next appointment. If an invoice is unpaid, any pending appointment will be canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. 

TREATMENT ETIQUETTE

Our therapists will NOT tolerate ANY inappropriate language, conduct or sexual connotations.  ANY behaviors that make a therapist uncomfortable treating a client or deemed inappropriate or otherwise disrespectful will result in immediate termination of the treatment. You will be responsible for the cost of the full treatment booked. You will never be permitted into the office again and if necessary, the police will be notified.
